Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel your enrolment, please inform us on WhatsApp or by phone as early as possible. The request will be reviewed based on the date of your request and how much of the course has been delivered.

Refund eligibility depends on the course, the fee terms communicated at enrolment and the number of sessions already attended. Any approved refund is processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.

Registration or administrative charges, study material already issued and sessions already attended are generally not refundable.

If we cancel a batch and are unable to offer a suitable alternative, the fee for the undelivered part of the course is refunded.

Where a batch change is possible, we may offer a transfer to another batch instead of a refund, subject to availability.
