At Sobhraj Overseas, we strive to provide the best learning experience for our students. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel your enrollment or request a refund. Please review our policy below:
1. Cancellation Policy
- Live & Recorded Classes: Once a student enrolls in a live or recorded class, cancellations are not permitted after access has been granted.
- Onsite Classes: Students may cancel their enrollment at 7 days before the batch starts. A cancellation fee of 20%-50% may apply.
2. Refund Policy
- Recorded Courses: No refunds will be issued once access to the content has been provided.
- Live Classes: Refunds will only be considered if requested within 7 days of purchase and before attending the first session.
- Onsite Classes: Refund requests made before the course starts may be eligible for a 100% refund. No refunds will be issued once the course has commenced.
- Technical Issues: If a student faces technical issues preventing them from accessing our courses, they must report the issue within 7 days, and our team will attempt to resolve it. If unresolved, a partial/full refund may be considered.
3. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be credited within 7-15 business days via the original payment method.
- Refunds for payments made through third-party platforms may be subject to their policies and processing times.
